1) Do you allow pets?

ANSWER: Here’s Our Pet Policy…

We love pets at Springfield Property Management! While most of our properties will allow pets, there might be a select few that do not. We will specify with each individual property if they allow pets or not, a decision which is made entirely by each individual property owner. If pets are not allowed, please respect the property owner’s request! A non-refundable pet fee will be charged at lease signing. Pet restrictions do not apply to seeing eye dogs, service animals etc.

PLEASE NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: Dogs must not be of Pit Bull or Rottweiler breed or have a mix of either breed. Our insurance policy does not allow dogs of a vicious breed in our properties. If found in one of our properties then the tenants could face immediate eviction.


2) How do I make my rent payment?

ANSWER: Rent Information

Rent is due on the first of every month unless other arrangements have been made. Please make all checks payable to Springfield Property Management. Late fees will apply after the fifth day. Please refer to your lease for more details.

Payments can be made using any of the following options:

1) You can now make your rent payments online through springfield.appfolio.com/connect!! This is free and convenient.

2) If you are unable to pay your rent online, you can send your payments to our PO Box: (please do not mail cash)

3) Payments are late after the fifth of each month! After the 5th of each month, we will issue a late fee. After the 5th of each month, we will issue a daily late fee. Please reference your lease for additional details.

3) How do I create maintenance requests?

In case of Emergency

1) If you have a fire or medical emergency please call 911 immediately.

2) If you have an emergency with heat, air conditioning or hot water heater please call: (417) 353-0927

3) Emergency maintenance is anything if left unfixed will cause harm to you and your family, roommates etc. (417) 353-0927

Your safety is our priority!

4) If you have a general maintenance request, please utilize our maintenance portal. This is the fastest way for a response for all maintenance other than emergencies.


4) When do I get my keys?

You will get your keys and garage door openers once you’ve been approved, signed the lease, have paid all monies owed, and submit utility verification.
